Beths love of beading and braiding comes from a background in the jewellery industry. She was thrilled to complete an advanced course in Kumihimo with international guru of braiding Makiko Tada from Japan. Beth is proficient on the Kumihimo disc, Kumihimo plate and the Maru-dai. Beth has developed patterns for reproducing the most complex patterns easily with the Kumihimo disc. Her facination for braiding and knot making has resulted in many innovative designs created for the Kumihimo disc.

Beth continues to share her creative designs and knowledge in classes and workshops locally, and now is going global with www.braidandbeadstudio.com.
